Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.


Prices may change if:

  • Additional services are requested.
  • Unforeseen site conditions require additional labor or materials.


Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


3. Payments

Payment is due according to the terms listed on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to remit payment may result in late fees, suspension of future services, or collection efforts as permitted by law.
